Thompson Cottages is a third generation business providing accommodations at New Harbor, Maine, on a weekly basis. Our aim is to provide a clean, quiet, comfortable, and well prepared space where you and your family can enjoy the unrivaled beauty of our Maine coast. We want you  to see the Atlantic Ocean, hear the sounds of the surf, and to feel, smell, and touch the rocky shore without the distractions of television and telephones.

Although we rent our properties by the week, customers with multiple-week rentals have first option on their cottages for the following year. Much of our business is repeat guests whose families have come to Thompson Cottages for many years, but of course new guests are welcome.
